Additional information about shipment
The orders will be delivered at the requested address by the customer, therefore, ELIGIA will not hold any responsibility when the delivery cannot be carry out as a result of the information provided being incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete. In case that the delivery address is wrong or the recipient changes it at a later stage, the customer will be charged for the reshipping costs. In case that the order is rejected by the recipient or that the recipient is absent for a second time, ELIGIA will not hold any responsibility.
What is the shipping fee?
The shipping charge in the website www.eligia.it is of 6,50€ (VAT included) to Italy (except Venice and the Minor Islands).
The shipping charge will be free in orders of 37€ and above sent to Italy (except Venice and the Minor Islands).
Laboratorios Natuaromatic S.L. will not assume any charge derived or generated by incorrect or incomplete addresses (both in the billing and shipping addresses). If any cost is generated as a result of the information provided by the customer being incorrect, it will be the customer’s obligation to assume the costs derived or generated from such mistake.
Delivery in hospitals and/or public buildings
Deliveries in hospitals, hotels, public entities and other places in which there are restrictions for the access of the general public, will be delivered preferably at the reception, or at a similar location. In such case, an attempt to obtain the signature of the receptionist or similar will be made, and the order will be considered delivered, not assuming any responsibility derived from such delivery. To achieve a more effective delivery of your order, we need you to make sure of providing as detailed information as possible such as the department’s name, room number, floor number, the recipient’s full name, ultimately, any information that could facilitate the delivery of your order for the shipper.
In case that when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have 14 calendar days, starting on the date of receipt of the shipment to exert your right to return it.
In order to make the return, the product must be in perfect conditions in its original packaging, along with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included in the original order. Once that the return has been received in our warehouses, and after checking the conditions of the products, the refund of the order will take place in the same method of payment that was used by the customer, deducting from such amount the original shipping costs.
In the case of returning defective products and incorrect shipments, ELIGIA will assume the costs of the return, as long as the customer communicates such circumstance in the period of 14 calendar days, starting on the date that the shipment was received.

What is the delivery period?
For the products that are in stock, the delivery period is between 24 and 48 business hours from the moment in which the package leaves our head warehouse. The orders are prepared and sent from Monday to Friday from our warehouse near Milan, as long as it is a business day.
It should be taken into account that the orders are prepared and sent from our warehouse on the same day for orders placed until 4pm from Monday to Friday, as long as it is a business day. The orders placed after 4pm or during weekends or public holidays, will be process the following business day.
For example, if an order is placed on a Friday afternoon/night, it would not be process until Monday, and, therefore, you will receive it on Tuesday/Wednesday. However, if the order is placed on a Tuesday morning, you will receive it on a Wednesday or Thursday, depending on the destination.
How can I know if my package has been sent?
If you have placed your order and you have provided an e-mail address, depending on the destination, the shipper will send you an e-mail when the order is going to be delivered. If the transportation company tries to deliver it and there is no one home, you can contact with them to arrange a new delivery date or to collect it from the closest office of the transportation company.
What happens if I am not at home when the package arrives?
You have a period of maximum 10 days, before the package is returned to the warehouse. Therefore, if our common delivery period has passed by and you have not received your package, please, reach out to the shipper to arrange a new delivery date or to collect it from the closest office of the transportation company.
When the purchase process has finished successfully, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from ELIGIA.
